Kneaded Relief is able to direct bill to most major insurance companies.
We also accept payments using cash, credit card, e-transfer, and debit.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
We ask that you give 12 hours of notice to make any scheduled changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 12 hours notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is not just an inconvenience as a late cancellation also means other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For these reasons, you will be charged a $20 fee late cancellation fee and 50% of the service fee if you do not show up for your appointment. These fees must be paid before you book any future appointments. We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within the 12 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
LATE ARRIVAL
We request that you arrive on time. Appointment times are reserved for each client meaning that usually, we cannot exceed the reserved time without affecting the following client. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in a shorter massage ending at the scheduled time. In the event of late arrival, full-service fees will be charged. In return, we will do our best to be on time. If we are unable to do so, we will either complete the full session or adjust the payment amount to compensate.
RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in the immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of the session. Action that aligns with the behaviour will be taken. We will treat you with respect and dignity, we ask that you do the same in return.
